Swift County Veteran's Services

We provide services to veterans who have served in the armed forces and have an honorable discharge.  No referral necessary.  The Veteran's Service office accepts walk-ins or scheduled appointments.

There are a variety of specific services we offer including:

• Assisting veterans, widows, and dependents of veterans, in filing compensation and pension claims.
• Medical benefits through the Veteran's Administration.
• Assisting in transportation to VA Medical Centers.
• Help with appealing VA Claims.
• Optical, Dental, & Hardship Grants Available

 

The Swift County Veteran's Service office is located in the basement of the Swift County Courthouse in Benson.  The Veteran's Service office maintains regular business office hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
